DCM Melanger 20 Mark 2 – melanger – a stone mill with a capacity of 11 kg for the artisanal production of chocolate, chocolate creams and nut pastes.

Entirely made in the USA from high-quality stainless steel. The granite base and wheels ensure the product is spread to less than 20 microns.
Slow mashing preserves the natural and delicate flavours in the products.

The unit is driven by a high-performance motor suitable for continuous operation – 24 hours a day, all year round without the risk of overheating or overloading.
