Why is our chocolate special?
The 40% milk chocolate is made from a blend of cocoa beans from Peru and Venezuela. The high proportion of cocoa – 40 % – gives our chocolate an intense cocoa aroma. The high quality cocoa beans have low bitterness and delicate notes of fruit and nuts.
